Custom Order Guidelines & Terms

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Custom orders require a minimum of 10 Woobies per design. Pricing starts at $110 per unit for the minimum order quantity of 10. Volume discounts apply to larger orders. Pricing includes a 5% material allowance to ensure every finished piece meets strict quality standards.

Lead Time: Custom Woobies are batch-produced a few times a year. Standard production takes 6–8 weeks (up to 8–10 weeks depending on the batch schedule) after final design approval. Please plan your timeline accordingly!

Setup & Design Fee: A $100.00 fee applies to new custom patterns or prints requiring artwork assistance from our design team. This fee covers up to 3 revisions and 1 physical print proof. Additional complex art changes beyond 3 revisions will be quoted based on project complexity.

USA-Made Quality: All custom orders are 100% domestically manufactured. Pricing includes a 5% material allowance to ensure every finished piece meets strict quality standards.

Payment Terms: A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance, including final shipping fees, is due upon completion.

Shipping: Final shipping costs are calculated by order weight and destination and billed upon fulfillment.

Copyright & Trademarks: Clients are fully responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to any logos, images, or assets provided for custom production. WoobieUSA is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement.
